Sakai Steel Pipe specializes in 3D laser processing of steel pipes and shaped copper, and has enhanced its equipment and systems to accommodate various materials, shapes, and sizes. We would like to introduce some processing examples that our company has handled. We produced a "sign reinforcement frame" to be installed around the perimeter of a sign. If the dimensions are even slightly incorrect, it cannot be used as a reinforcement frame. However, by using laser processing, we were able to achieve precise processing accuracy, resulting in a product that fits perfectly to the sign's outline. Our 3D laser processing can widely accommodate products with structures that were previously impossible to create. Since we can prototype multiple times in a short period, the development time is significantly reduced. Additionally, as no molds are required, we contribute to cost reduction and can keep initial investments low.
