Industry first! New model: TM-110INV (variable speed model) now on sale. The basic capabilities of the main unit are the same specifications as the standard model TM-110HT, but the rotation speed can be adjusted according to the hardness of the buckwheat flour and your preferred noodle-making speed. Currently, it is set to 16 rotations per minute in the 50Hz area of Eastern Japan and 20 rotations per minute in the 60Hz area of Western Japan, but users can adjust it themselves within the range of 12 to 24 rotations per minute. If you send us your buckwheat flour, we will conduct a water absorption rate test free of charge. The only preparation needed to make soba noodles with the commercial soba noodle machine, TOWARI machine, is mixing the appropriate amount of water according to your buckwheat flour = water mixing! To allow you to choose the noodle size according to your dish, we offer a total of 8 sizes, including 6 square hole sizes and 2 round hole sizes, making it easy to prototype new menu items by swapping them out.
