MagniF can be used in many paints due to its excellent dispersibility and high chemical stability. Among them, the most common coating type is water-based paint. MagniF 25 is the most commonly used grade for magnetic paint applications because it has a good balance between magnetic effect and the specific surface area of the powder. The typical filling amount is 40 to 60 wt.%. To enhance magnetism, methods such as increasing the thickness of the coating layer or creating multiple coating layers are employed.
