This product is a sorter that identifies and automatically sorts 14 types of shape data obtained from the weight of objects and a laser 3D measuring device using unique computational processing. Thanks to the learning effects of neural networks, it is possible to maintain and improve identification accuracy. 【Sorting Mechanism】 ■ After crushing treatment, the appropriately sized sorting target is supplied to a conveyor-type scale by a quantitative feeder. ■ The supplied sorting target is weighed while passing through the conveyor-type scale and then transferred directly to the next conveyor belt. ■ The transferred sorting target is measured for various sizes (length, width, maximum height, center of gravity height, etc.) by a laser 3D measuring device installed above the conveyor. ■ The automatically identified sorting target continues to move on the conveyor and is sorted into two types by a sorting unit installed at the end of the conveyor. ■ The weight and various size measurement signals are instantly sent to a control personal computer, and by inputting a total of 14 types of shape parameters into a program using a neural network, automatic identification is performed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
