This is a foot-operated sealer that allows for easy operation and vacuum sealing. It is equipped with three vacuum nozzles, enabling simultaneous vacuum sealing of up to three small bags. ■ Ejector Vacuum Method An ejector is used as the vacuum source. By supplying compressed air, the air inside the bag is evacuated. The following air compressor is required separately as an air source: ・ Achievable vacuum level = -85 kPa ・ Compatible compressor = 0.75 kW, 80 L/min, pressure setting value 0.5 MPa If vacuum work is not performed, an air compressor is not necessary. ■ What is an Ejector? When high-pressure compressed air is injected in the direction of external discharge within the nozzle, a change in pressure occurs inside the nozzle, causing the air within the nozzle to flow in the direction of external discharge. Ejector vacuuming utilizes this phenomenon. Ejector vacuuming achieves a vacuuming speed about three times that of vacuum pump vacuuming, but the achievable vacuum level is about half, which may make it unsuitable for certain applications.

■For freshness preservation and oxidation prevention This is a foot-operated sealer that allows for easy vacuum sealing. By performing vacuum sealing, it effectively preserves the freshness of various foods such as fresh produce, and prevents oxidation of items like clothing, chemicals, and precision instruments. It is equipped with three vacuum nozzles, allowing for simultaneous vacuum sealing of three small bags. ■Easy operation Advance the nozzle using the manual handle, set the bag so that the nozzle enters the bag, and lightly press the pedal to close the sealing bar. Press the vacuum start button to begin the vacuum process. Once the set vacuum time has elapsed, the vacuum will automatically end. Retract the nozzle using the manual handle, and press the pedal firmly to start sealing. When the cooling completion sound rings, release your foot from the pedal and remove the bag. You can also stop the vacuum process midway by retracting the nozzle before the set vacuum time is completed.
