This system fills a stainless steel tank with water, releases steam from the lower SUS piping to raise the water temperature, and uses that hot water to heat and sterilize various food items in containers. To maintain a constant water temperature, the water inside is circulated. If desired, automatic temperature control via a control panel can also be produced.
