In offset printing, the excessive generation of air bubbles in the dampening water can cause various troubles. If air bubbles generated in the circulation tank are sent to the water fountain, it can reproduce bubble patterns on the solid areas and screens of the printed material. Additionally, bubbles overflowing from the circulation tank can wet the electrical components of the equipment, leading to electrical leakage accidents.
