Resin cutting processing. Acrylic: Mirror finishing that maintains transparency, such as PMMA and PC, is also possible. If you are unsure about selecting resin materials, please consult us!
At U Corporation, we achieve micron-order ultra-precision machining using our long-cultivated know-how and high-precision equipment environment for resin and metal materials! Transparent resin materials such as acrylic (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC) tend to whiten on the machined surface when subjected to cutting processes! Therefore, if transparency is required after machining, a surface polishing process becomes necessary, which can lead to increased time and costs. In response to such issues, our company has realized surface treatment elimination and polishing elimination through cutting processes alone, achieving transparency and mirror finish through machining! Additionally, we can reproduce internal shapes that are impossible to achieve with cutting alone by utilizing our adhesive know-how, allowing for machining while maintaining transparency. Of course, we also handle polishing finishes using buffing and other methods in-house according to your requests! For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
