We propose a compact and accurate "counting machine" using the counting unit made in Israel (by DATA Corporation). By using line cameras arranged in a 120-degree three-way configuration to rapidly scan products falling within a cylinder, we enable high-speed and high-precision counting. Since images are captured from three directions, overlapping images from one camera can be separated by the other two cameras, allowing for overlap correction even in high-density supply situations, thus enabling accurate counting even in cascading parts supply. As the demand for transitioning from weighing to counting increases across various industries, more companies are introducing counting machines to reduce the burden on operators and improve work processes.
