The "Shuttle Cooler" is a temperature control device for die-casting molds that contributes to cycle-up through thermal release and suppresses product distortion and deformation. Since the RO water and media used in the tank are recycled, there is no wastewater, making it economical. Enhanced internal cooling reduces the need for external cooling with release agents, thereby decreasing the amount of release agent used.
