It is a measurement device based on image processing using a camera, capable of creating measurement programs for the target workpiece and performing automatic measurements using those programs. Based on a standard model, it can be customized according to customer requests and workpieces, including stage size, optical system (camera, lens, lighting), and report format. After creating the measurement program initially, instant dimension measurement can be performed using the same program for automatic measurement. Significant improvements in measurement variability and inspection time efficiency are expected.
