"The Toothbrush" is a super finishing machine for gear tooth surfaces that can polish without altering the shape of the gears. The processing section uses a screw-shaped tool that meshes with the tooth surface of the workpiece for polishing. The jig section automatically performs workpiece clamping and positioning, making setup changes easy.
