To improve adhesion with UP resin, polyester non-woven fabric is thermally fused on both sides of the core. To prevent the resin from filling the cells, polypropylene barrier film is applied beneath the non-woven fabric. It can be perfectly installed to the contours of the molded product due to heavy pressure or vacuum, and it is also possible to create a double skin laminate surface at once.
