"Glaze Buster Plus" has been developed as a remover that incorporates fine abrasives to more effectively remove adhered hydrophilic substances. In offset printing, hydrophilic substances accumulate on the ink rollers, leading to frequent occurrences of poor ink transfer. This is a result of the accumulation and adhesion of hydrophilic substances such as dampening water components and paper dust, which causes glaze formation. Conventional ink roller cleaning only cleans the ink, leaving the hydrophilic substances behind.
