"Glaze Buster UV Plus" has been developed as a removal agent that incorporates fine abrasives to more effectively remove adhered hydrophilic substances. In offset printing, hydrophilic substances accumulate on the ink rollers, leading to frequent occurrences of poor ink transfer. This is a state where hydrophilic substances such as dampening water components and paper dust have accumulated and adhered, resulting in the formation of glaze. In general UV ink roller cleaning, only the UV ink is cleaned, leaving the hydrophilic substances behind. To enhance glaze removal capability, fine abrasives have been incorporated.
