This product is a blast processing device specifically designed for printed circuit boards, featuring an inlet and outlet that are open on both sides. It performs blasting and air blowing while continuously moving the workpiece using dual-handle transport rollers. It is equipped with two 200mm slit nozzles, allowing for simultaneous processing of two circuit boards. The processing speed is not affected by the number or shape of holes, so a significant reduction in processing time compared to existing laser processing is expected. Additionally, since it is not a thermal processing method like lasers, it can reduce smearing caused by thermal processing.
