We design and manufacture molds used in our own factory, such as single-shot molds and progressive molds!
Our company uses CAD/CAM systems and CAE simulation systems to design molds necessary for press processing and to develop products. We create NC data for machining from mold production drawings and process them using machining centers and wire-cut electric discharge machines. With a mold design department and a mold manufacturing department, we work together to provide a consistent process from design to pre-manufacturing. Please feel free to contact us for more information. 【Features】 ■ Specializing in progressive molds for the electronics industry ■ Capable of small lot production with cost-effective molds using simplified designs ■ Equipped with wire-cutting and polishing machines for production ■ In-house mold manufacturing allows for smooth and rapid processes from product ordering to product realization *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
