A robot system that uses the "Assycube," a 3-axis vibration intelligence parts feeder highly compatible with robot vision, to automatically align insert parts, recognize parts with a camera, and perform pick-up and insertion. The trays on the Assycube can be easily changed, allowing for relatively easy adaptation to a variety of products by modifying the vibration control program.
