We solve the following issues: ● There are projects for industrial machinery production, but we lack space and manpower for assembly. ● We have a substantial amount of assembled products, but we lack space and manpower. ● We can design, but we are looking for a place that can handle everything from parts manufacturing to assembly and post-delivery support. Our company regularly engages in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of industrial machinery, and our experienced in-house assembly workers will carry out the assembly. ● Dimensions of assembly space and image of assembled products Assembly will be conducted as needed in three assembly spaces. 1. Assembly Room A: Mainly for products that can be assembled on a desk. 2. Assembly Room B: Space of 2500mm (width) × 2800mm (depth) × 1800mm (height) For equipment weighing up to approximately 300kg. In this space, we will assemble equipment up to about 1000mm (width) × 1000mm (depth) × 1800mm (height). 3. Assembly Room C: Space of 3000mm (width) × 6000mm (depth) In this space, we can assemble larger machines that cannot be assembled in Rooms A and B. There is an exit for shipping, allowing for direct shipment after assembly.

● We have an attached factory. Equipment installed: 3 MC machines, 2 NC machines, 1 BND machine, 1 jig milling machine, 6 drill presses. We mainly perform cutting processing of aluminum and stainless steel. We can handle everything from parts manufacturing to assembly, and we can also accommodate parts manufacturing only. We can quickly respond to corrections for issues such as misalignment of hole positions due to design or processing errors (consultation required). ● Debugging and inspection before delivery, as well as the presence of end users, can be conducted within our company. After the assembly is handed over, it is also possible to carry out debugging and other processes within our company. It can also be used as a venue for the presence of end users and your company.

Additionally, we handle everything from assembly of our original electric actuators, XY tables, conveyors, valve units, robotic hand units, and turntables, to control panel production and internal piping. For inquiries, the more detailed materials you provide, such as outline drawings, frame assembly drawings, detailed drawings for each unit, and wiring diagrams, the more accurate the estimate we can provide. We can also accommodate requests such as, "Since we don't have space in our company, we would like to request only the assembly of frames and units from Shiba M.E., and we will carry out the assembly and operation confirmation of the remaining control panels in the Shiba M.E. factory before shipping to the end user."
