**Overview** For analysis methods, you can choose from two types of analysis software (Metagenome@KIN and QIIME2). 〇 Analysis using Metagenome@KIN - The 16S rDNA of bacteria and archaea is analyzed using two types of databases: RDP (Ribosomal Database Project) and a microbial identification database. - The microbial identification database allows you to change the BLAST cut-off criteria from a homology rate of 97% to a specified value. - For three or more samples, cluster analysis and principal component analysis will be conducted. 〇 Analysis using QIIME2 - The Amplicon Sequence Variant (ASV) method allows for the identification of closely related species with high homology rates. - Secondary analyses required for academic papers (such as diversity analysis and statistical analysis functions) are well-equipped. **Acceptable Data** Sequence data from next-generation sequencers (fastq files) can be analyzed. Sequence data obtained from various samples such as gut microbiota, skin microbiota, oral microbiota, soil, and activated sludge can be analyzed. Additionally, data analysis using the statistical analysis software R and predictive metagenomic analysis using PICRUSt2 are also accepted.
