The "ZEUBE265 series" is a deep ultraviolet LED that achieves a high level of light output at 50mW with a sterilization wavelength of 265nm. Furthermore, efficiency improvements have been made, with samples achieving 70mW. It employs an aluminum nitride substrate, and by incorporating a photonic structure on the backside of the substrate, it has achieved the highest level of light output.
