In the electrical inspection process of FPC, rigid-flex boards, and semiconductor package substrates, the orthogonality and throughput that influence productivity are critical. This challenge, which is difficult to achieve with existing jig methods or flying probe methods, has been resolved by Yamaha's flying fixture method. The Micro Prober MR series offers a rich lineup, including the standard models MR262/MR612, the MR262E equipped with jigs for 4,000 points vertically, the MR262-A/MR612-A that enables automatic supply and discharge, the compact MR262C, and the MR262-GFR/MR622-GFR compatible with roll-to-roll applications.
