In the electrical inspection process of FPC, rigid-flex boards, and semiconductor package substrates, the orthogonality and throughput that influence productivity are critical. This challenge, which is difficult to achieve with existing jig methods or flying probe methods, has been resolved by Yamaha's flying fixture method.
