In response to the growing demand for high-torque and high-durability torque limiters, we have revamped our lineup of standard products for the "Compact Torque Limiter." (Alternatives for 1kgf and magnetic limiters are also possible.) We have enhanced performance in terms of torque, durability, and stability, offering standard products with torque values ranging from 9.8 to 49 mN·m, and even up to 98 mN·m. Manufactured domestically, we ensure high quality and stable supply. These can be utilized as overload protection devices for motors and drive components. 【Main Improvements】 ■ Achieved approximately 70% reduction in ripple width (compared to our previous products) ■ Maintained initial torque and ripple values even after 5 million rotations, extending lifespan ■ Improved differences due to rotational speed and fluctuations during continuous rotation ■ Reduced play at the start of rotation and spring back amount 　※ Spring back = the amount of return in the opposite direction after rotation stops (angle) We are distributing product introduction materials that include various test data on torque fluctuations, durability, stability, and backlash amounts.
