What is spinning processing / spoon drawing processing?

"Spinning processing" is a method of plastic processing where a flat or tubular material (blank/work) is pressed against a rotating mold (mandrel) using processing rollers or paddles to shape it. As a forming method for shell-shaped products made of metal, it is widely used in the manufacturing of parts and products such as household containers, decorative crafts, lighting fixtures, communication devices (such as parabolic antennas), boilers, tanks, nozzles, engine parts, and tire wheels. This processing method has recently gained attention as a highly skilled manufacturing technique performed by experienced workers, and it is well known that items like the nose cone of the H2 rocket have been produced using this manual method (paddle spinning).
