Our company possesses one of the largest NC spinning machines in Japan, capable of handling large sizes up to φ3200 for deep drawing processes. We thoroughly listen to the design intentions and product processing blueprints, and propose manufacturing methods tailored to our customers' needs regarding precision, delivery time, and cost. Shaping is performed using the NC spinning machine, employing specially designed molds and roller jigs, along with high-level operating techniques to shape the workpiece. Additionally, delicate processing that cannot be done with the NC spinning machine is shaped using the spoon drawing technique.
