Our strength lies not only in the combined processing of "welding" and "drawing," but also in the fusion of the techniques of deep drawing and machine spinning. We compensate for the aspects of "repeatability" and "force," which are difficult to achieve by hand, with spinning technology, while integrating deep drawing techniques for delicate parts and applications that are challenging for machines. This allows us to create high-difficulty products that cannot be realized by either method alone. In the case of manufacturing the nozzle part of the LE-8 rocket engine, we performed bulge forming using a large NC spinning machine. Additionally, for flange expansion processing, we utilized deep drawing techniques to achieve delicate shaping that cannot be done with an NC spinning machine. By effectively collaborating the techniques of deep drawing, spinning, and other related technologies, we strive to achieve the ideal "form."
