The e-PEP system can process used plastics that are difficult to recycle, such as composite materials with mixed types of resins, into resin fuel within the company, allowing for the circulation of energy. The e-PEP system consists of a fuel conversion device that regenerates used plastics into resin fuel and a resin fuel boiler (hot water/steam type) that uses the regenerated resin fuel as its main fuel. <Features> 1. Approximately 70% of general-purpose plastics can be converted into energy (excluding nylon and PVC). 2. The high calorific value of plastics can be converted into clean energy with a high efficiency of 70% without waste. 3. The fuel conversion process is simple. Rigid plastics can be crushed only, while flexible plastics can be crushed and then compressed for fuel conversion. 4. Compact design. Can be installed and operated in-house. No handling qualifications or legal inspections are required for installation due to a boiler heat transfer area of less than 5 m². 5. "E-vol" meets exhaust gas regulation values. It can be connected and operated without affecting existing equipment.
