Non-contact measurement and correction work for a 5-axis machining center can be performed simply using laser technology. <Measurement Items> ■ Static measurement of multi-axis simultaneous motion ■ Dynamic measurement of multi-axis simultaneous motion ■ Measurement of rotational axis eccentricity ■ Measurement of table rotational axis error motion ■ Backlash measurement LRT maps the three-dimensional relative position of reference glass balls within the machine tool space by irradiating laser light onto the reference class. During this process, the relative position is detected according to the displacement of the glass balls, allowing for the calculation of error amounts.
