The "Corrosion Prevention Technology Center" will advance the development of infrastructure diagnostic systems, coatings with ultra-long-term weather resistance, and environmentally friendly paints in collaboration with universities and companies that can engage in joint research and development in the field of corrosion prevention. Additionally, we will provide opportunities to experience the paints developed by our company in work environments similar to actual sites, as well as training and workshops for our customers. Our company has a history of over 90 years since its founding in 1929 and is a comprehensive paint manufacturer that produces and sells heavy-duty anti-corrosion paints for large bridges and various plants, building materials paints for residential siding boards, interior and exterior architectural paints, metal baked paints, paints for railway vehicles and industrial machinery, and plastic paints for automobiles and home appliances. Through the product strength and technical capabilities cultivated over this history, we have created numerous products that meet the needs of the times and have built a wealth of achievements. In recent years, we have also been actively engaged in the development of environmentally friendly products such as low-solvent paints, water-based paints, and powder coatings. Moving forward, we will continue to build business models that respond to societal changes and provide services and products that only we can offer. To achieve this, we have established the "Corrosion Protection Technology Center" at our Nasu plant and the "Coating Technology Center" at our Komaki plant with the aim of creating new value together with our customers.
