At the historically significant location of Nihonbashi, the main kitchen of the Royal Park Hotel, which offers a wide range of services, handles large-scale dishes such as banquet cuisine. Here, we have adopted Halton's "Ventilation Ceiling System" and "Capture Jet Hood." Additionally, the "Capture Jet" is arranged within the ventilation ceiling system, and in the center, the M.A.R.V.E.L infrared sensor monitors heat discharge. Various innovations improve the efficiency of exhaust collection.
