basic information
Corning Advanced-Flow Reactors (AFR) is an inherently safe technology for chemical manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, pesticide, specialty chemicals, and fine chemicals industries, from lab feasibility to industrial production through continuous flow processing. AFR is specially designed to enable the transition from traditional batch chemical processing to continuous flow chemical processing, accommodating production from the lab to industrial scale. The integrated fluid module, featuring a patented heart-shaped design by Corning, is meticulously crafted using glass and silicon carbide materials, allowing not only for rapid and seamless scale-up but also improving heat transfer and mass transfer (mixing). The Advanced Flow Reactor products offer a variety of innovative continuous flow reactor solutions designed for rapid and seamless scale-up, from feasibility in academia and laboratories to mass production processes (G1, G1 SiC, G1 Photo) and industrial production of chemicals at scales of up to 10,000 tons (G3 Photo, G4 & G5). *Estimates require an NDA to be signed.

Since our establishment in 1956 for the purpose of selling industrial chemicals, we have been providing "chemical products" to customers in various industrial sectors for over half a century. With the changes of the times, we have evolved from selling "chemical products" to becoming a solution company that offers custom-made chemicals.
