At Inagaki Breast Clinic, we were looking for video evidence of troubles between the reception staff and patients. The decisive factor for us to implement our four-channel recording software "KxViewPro4" was the provision of a trial version and the confirmation that it could operate without issues on a different system PC for other purposes. Additionally, we found the login process via internet browsers cumbersome, and the ability to intuitively view live feeds was also a significant point. As a result, while we previously accessed live footage through an internet browser, we can now perform simple checks with one click, and it has become easy to play back recorded data in case of emergencies, allowing for stress-free operation.
