This is a desiccant that exhibits strong moisture absorption effects in low humidity. By using a three-layer structured packaging material, it demonstrates high safety and stable moisture absorption performance.

■Features This is a desiccant primarily composed of calcium oxide, which chemically adsorbs moisture. As seen in the chemical reaction formula, it consistently demonstrates an adsorption capacity of 30% of its own weight, regardless of the external humidity levels. This characteristic makes it more effective and economical for storage at low humidity compared to physical adsorption-type desiccants, which are proportional to external humidity. Additionally, due to its strong binding with water, it does not release water vapor. The adsorption of moisture causes the granules to turn into powder, allowing for the observation of residual effects due to changes in shape.

■Packaging Materials The packaging material consists of a three-layer structure: a water-repellent treated water-resistant washi layer, a reinforced fiber layer made of polyolefin, and a polyethylene layer with micro-pores created through breathable and moisture-permeable processing. The Japan Lime Drying Agent Association has established strength standards for packaging materials to prevent bag breakage and damage by infants. This design not only meets those standards but also prevents water intrusion into the bag and inhibits rapid reactions, ensuring stable adsorption performance. ■Safety Considering direct contact with food, safe materials that do not detect various harmful substances are selected for the packaging materials. The water-repellent treatment agents used comply with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) 21CFR§176.180, and the printing uses inks based on the self-regulation of the Printing Ink Manufacturers Association (NL standards). ■Specifications We offer a variety of products including continuous automatic feeding types, double types, oil-resistant types, cup types, and Tetra Pak.
