The slitter unit in the cardboard box production equipment plays a role in cutting off unnecessary excess parts during sheet processing. It can also be combined with our recommended "Zack Blade*1". This combination is expected to reduce cracking on the cut surface liner and minimize fibrous paper dust, while the serrated cutting edge is anticipated to improve safety during handling. Additionally, we can propose custom-made blades with optimal specifications and shapes tailored to the customer's applications, down to the details of the cutting tools. *1: The Zack Blade refers to the general term for the edge processing of round-shaped blades using our dedicated processing machine. Thanks to the high precision of the edge saw tooth processing, it significantly reduces cracking (footprints of crows) on the cut surface of the processed sheet, while also minimizing fibrous paper dust (whiskers) and improving safety during handling due to the serrated cutting edge.
