The customer was manufacturing screw and nut parts through metal processing, but it took a long time to produce them due to the cutting process. By using resin, we were able to reduce the cutting and degreasing processes. By repeatedly polishing the surface of the screw-shaped mold, we eliminated the release issues and achieved stable mass production. The use of resin also resulted in significant cost improvements.
