Stable pressure adjustment is possible! It can be used for analysis lines of compressed hydrogen gas, leak testing, and more.
The "HPR Series" is a pressure regulator developed for hydrogen stations, designed to handle a maximum inlet pressure of 100 MPa. To accommodate ultra-high pressure, it employs a piston-type pressure reduction mechanism. The gas contact parts are designed with thickness calculated based on compliance with the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act. It can be used for introducing ultra-high pressure hydrogen gas into low-pressure lines, analyzing compressed hydrogen gas, and conducting leak tests. 【Features】 - The main materials used are JIS G4303 SUS316 with a nickel equivalent of 28.5 or higher. - A piston-type pressure reduction mechanism is adopted to handle ultra-high pressure. - Suitable piston and cylinder diameters are used for each outlet pressure, enabling stable pressure regulation. - The gas contact parts are designed with thickness calculated based on compliance with the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
