The "HPB Series" is a mechanical pressure relief valve (back pressure valve) developed to withstand a maximum operating pressure of 100 MPa. The main material used is JIS G4303 SUS316 with a nickel equivalent of 28.5 or higher. It is a self-supporting mechanical design that does not require a power source, contributing to miniaturization and space-saving. The gas contact parts are designed with wall thickness secured through strength calculations in compliance with the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act.
