The sliding surfaces of the sliding blocks are made of PTFE, which has a very low coefficient of friction and is extremely resistant to wear. - Carriage drive via a toothed belt, ensuring very smooth movement. - Variable carriage speed; - High-flow coolant with two side nozzles and one nozzle at the center of the grinding wheel. - Programmable automatic working cycle and spark-out via PLC. Angle division for magnetic chuck ±90°; - Lateral control of the grinding head position using a handwheel.
