Accurate torque transmission The rotational characteristics on the input side are faithfully transmitted to the output side. No backlash and high rigidity Since the torque transmission path is always maintained in a state of stress, there is no backlash in the rotational direction, resulting in high rigidity. Simple torque adjustment function Not only can the set torque be adjusted over a wide range, but fine adjustments are also possible. Furthermore, this adjustment can be easily made even after the torque limiter has been installed. One-point setting function It has a one-point setting function that accurately resets to the origin after an overload is cut off, making it particularly suitable for machines that require synchronization. Overload detection When an overload occurs, the torque plate moves in the direction of the pressure nut. If this displacement is detected by a limiter switch or similar device, an overload signal can be obtained. At this time, the spatial position of the drive boss and drive hub remains unchanged, so the table or pulley does not slide.
