To produce general silicone rubber products, silicone rubber must be molded at a high temperature of 180°C due to its thermosetting nature. Therefore, the molds need to be made from metals that can withstand high temperatures. Cutting processes take time, which naturally increases the usage time of the processing machines, resulting in significantly higher production costs. The typical lead time for producing a single mold is 1 to 2 weeks. In response to the demand for "faster and cheaper mold production," we have made it possible to use resin-based prototype molds.
