■Layout The integration of the main unit and the auto-sampler has resulted in space-saving, and the visualization of the measurement section allows for early detection of issues, as well as improved maintenance. ■High Measurement Sensitivity Equipped with a high-sensitivity NDIR, combined with static pressure concentration measurement technology (patent pending), it enables measurements from 0.5 ppb to 4,000 ppm. ■Static Pressure Concentration Measurement Technology (Patent Granted) The outlet valve of the NDIR closes to pressurize the chamber, measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide once the gas in the NDIR reaches equilibrium. This allows for stable and highly accurate measurements compared to continuous measurements of carbon dioxide concentration in the carrier gas passing through conventional NDIR. ■Mass Flow Controller Rapid cleaning of the measurement system and valve leak check functionality. ■Automatic Calibration Curve Creation and Automatic Calibration Function It allows for the setting of multiple known concentrations from a single concentration reference solution, automatically creating calibration curves and performing calibration for each concentration. ■TOC Analyzer Control and Analysis Software The analysis device comes with dedicated software for the TekLink TOC analyzer.
