Our AP-60DB cassette-type PP RST molding line accurately processes holes in coils of high-tensile material (100kg/mm²) for automotive seat rails and molds them using a 30-stage BURS-type molding machine. Simultaneously with double-cutting, we create five round holes and perform straightening on both end faces, producing at a speed of 30 pieces per minute, including deburring (on both end faces) in the final online process, making it a high-value-added molding line. We create approximately 60 holes in a seat rail cross-section of about 350mm in length, molding hard high-tensile material with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.2mm. 【Features】 ■ Hole pitch accuracy is also strict at ±0.2mm and ±0.3mm ■ Since internal stress is released during cutting, causing deformation, a hydraulic correction device is added at the cutting machine section ■ In the final process, the product's end faces are pressed against a cylindrical wire brush for deburring ■ The seat rail product is deburred cleanly on both end faces while changing its posture, ensuring it is safe to touch by hand *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
