Using magnets instead of mechanical gears! The product's durability has improved, and the visibility of the indicator needle has increased.
This product is an internal mechanism for a gearless pressure gauge that utilizes the repulsive and attractive forces of magnets to non-contact convey the deformation of a Bourdon tube to the indicator needle. In the current product, the frequent deformation of the Bourdon tube causes wear on the gears, leading to a high frequency of internal mechanism replacements. Additionally, micro-vibrations from the pressure gauge body are transmitted to the indicator needle, causing it to shake slightly, making it difficult for the operator to read the pressure value accurately. To address these issues, our company developed this product in collaboration with a pressure gauge manufacturer, using magnets instead of mechanical gears. 【Features】 - The magnets of the pinion and sector are arranged to face each other with alternating S and N poles. - The repulsive and attractive forces of the magnets smoothly transmit the sector's movement to the pinion. - Improved durability. - High visibility of the indicator needle. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company is celebrating its 32nd anniversary this year. At the time of our establishment, we set forth our purpose and philosophy as "We want to contribute to the mold industry, even if our company is small." Based on this philosophy, we have been dedicated to specializing in machining within the manufacturing of mold components. Additionally, in 2006, the "non-contact magnetic gear (a power transmission device using magnetism)" that we had been researching and developing for some time began to attract attention in various fields and has received high praise. As we enter the 21st century, alongside the further development of Japan's mold industry, our company will continue to strive for mold creation and product development that leverages our comprehensive capabilities, with all employees working diligently and making self-help efforts.
