Therefore, there was a need to establish a system that could quickly provide information on the safety of the building. **Provided System** By installing seismometers in each building, we visualize the building's vibrations and provide the system "VissQ," which supports the safety and security of people and buildings during an earthquake. By adopting the most suitable assessment methods and criteria for each building, we enhance the speed and accuracy of safety assessments, enabling precise initial responses during disasters. **Effects After Implementation** - Objective assessments for re-entry into buildings during an earthquake are now possible. - Quick responses are enabled, including explaining the situation to building users and establishing initial response systems for inspections and recovery. - As a response to those unable to return home, it is now possible to determine the feasibility of opening temporary accommodation facilities within approximately six hours after an earthquake, based on guidelines.
