Our company is equipped with various facilities for the circuit board assembly process and provides products accordingly. For example, we can print solder paste onto the appropriate locations of printed circuit boards using a metal stencil. We also have a "solder paste inspection device" permanently installed to ensure quality assurance before mounting chip components onto the printed circuit boards. The chip bond process aims to "secure components that will be soldered with flow solder" (adhesive is applied to prevent components from falling into the solder bath). The reddish-brown adhesive is applied to the locations of the components, and the components are mounted in the subsequent chip assembly process. In the solder paste and chip bond processes, we have multiple dedicated lines tailored to each production lot and size. For prototypes and small lots, we use a line with one type of assembly machine to accommodate diversity, while for medium and large lots, we have lines that prioritize efficiency using two types of assembly machines.

Until this process begins, the components are in a state of "sitting on the board," so they are suctioned and fixed in place. Cooling occurs at the exit of the reflow oven, completing the assembly. Additionally, our company is well-equipped with inspection process facilities for quality checks of printed circuit boards that have completed the reflow oven process, including multiple high-precision image inspection devices, such as those made by Omron. Through reliable detection by machines and visual confirmation by human eyes, we ensure a "double-check" to avoid overlooking defects and deliver guaranteed good products to our customers.
