Thorough management with a relative error of 0.04 or less! Introducing examples of gear parts manufacturing for the power equipment industry.
We would like to introduce a case study of gear parts manufacturing for the power device industry. We received a request stating, "We would like you to process and deliver according to the drawings for the power device manufacturer." We thoroughly managed the inner diameter that receives balls on both sides and the cutting at three locations at 60 degrees with a relative error of 0.04 or less for the 120 division. We used "SUS303" as the processing material and performed all processing with an NC machining machine. The work size is "φ12 and above." 【Case Details】 ■ Production Capacity: 200-300 pieces/month (small) / 5-20 pieces/month (large) ■ Processing Material: SUS303 ■ Machines Used: All processing was done using an NC machining machine ■ Work Size: φ12 and above *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
