It rapidly sterilizes floating viruses, viruses attached to surfaces, and bacteria using deep ultraviolet LEDs.
Deep ultraviolet UVC 265nm can be used efficiently for sterilization. The LED module can be selected in size to be incorporated into devices according to the purpose. ◉ Application Example 1: Air Sterilizer - Sterilizes air by using deep ultraviolet UVC 265nm LEDs to eliminate viruses and bacteria in the air. ◉ Application Example 2: Medical gloves, medical equipment high-speed sterilizer ◉ Application Example 3: High-speed sterilization of keyboards, mice, touch panels, and smartphones. We supply UV LED modules as OEM. ◎ Choose wavelengths from deep ultraviolet wavelengths 255nm, 265nm, 275nm, 295nm, and 308nm. ◎ Select the output of the UV LED package. To achieve high-speed sterilization, determine the number of high-power LEDs to be incorporated into the module. ◎ Decide the distance from the LED to the irradiation surface. There are two types of LED beam angles: dome type 60 degrees and flat type 120 degrees. ◎ Determine the size of the heat sink for incorporation into the device. ◎ Decide the number of blue LEDs to be incorporated along with the UV LEDs.
