When the headquarters' instructions were faxed to each store, they were sorted at each location, which took a lot of time and effort. Additionally, the headquarters had to confirm replies from the stores and similarly sort them, which was truly a cumbersome task. With the introduction of "Tenbancho," the number of instructions that used to exist has been reduced to several hundred, and they have been carefully selected to include only the truly necessary instructions, making the content more substantial.
