The filtration filter section of the RF series is made of durable stainless steel filter mesh or replaceable nylon mesh. The nylon mesh needs to be replaced after an average of 5000 hours of continuous use for the 300-micron mesh, and after an average of 1000 to 2000 hours for the 60 and 115-micron meshes, although these maintenance intervals may vary depending on water quality conditions. Please select the product according to your required application and capacity. These filters are self-cleaning filters that use a portion of the pump output to supply the internal backwash rotor. This supply is done with the output of already filtered water. The twin jets of the cleaning rotor for each filter head rotate at approximately 60 rpm (60 rotations per minute) and clean the entire filter mesh every 0.5 seconds. The cleaning structure is located inside the filtration filter mesh, so it is not hindered by debris in the water affecting the backwash cleaning function. About 20 to 25% of the pump output is used for supplying the backwash cleaning rotor.
