We would like to introduce a case study that solved the problems faced by packing manufacturers and sterilization device manufacturers. 【Problem】 Silicone packing sticks to the opposing side and gets damaged. The surface treatment of silicone itself is very difficult, making it hard to adhere. Additionally, unlike coatings on metals, packing materials are elastic, so in cases where the paint has poor followability, cracking and peeling often occur. 【Effect】 We proposed our silicone-based fluororesin coating (Product No: KP-421-1) to the customer. This coating adheres well to silicone materials and forms a flexible and highly adhesive film, especially on rubber.
